[Intl_DxMedPhys] Barco 32 MP mammo monitor

We just had one of these installed yesterday to replace an MDMC-12133.
Can't comment much yet on specs, how things look, or what the radiologists
think of it.

The 1200 cd/m^2 Lmax was a bit unexpected and a bit blinding.

Spent some time with one of our IT guys trying to figure out why the
RapidFrame test pattern wasn't displaying properly, and then I discovered
an updated version of Barco's recommended QA document (K5905277 v18) that
says it's not required for the MDMC-32133.
