[Intl_DxMedPhys] EXT MSG ACR CT Pediatric Clinical Image Question

I don’t think there’s a pass/fail criterion, but you can look in the in the Radiology 2021 article on diagnostic reference levels by Kanal, et al.  Here are the larger groups they have:

5 to < 10 years old
10 to < 15
15 to 18
Also available by effective diameter in a variety of pediatric sizes.

It’s been a while since I’ve reviewed clinical images for ACR accreditation. I have a quick question regarding pediatric abdomen pelvis exams. The pass/fail criteria is 10 mGy for the 32 cm phantom but this value is for a 40-50 lb. patient; are there any guidelines for pass/fail criteria for older (and therefore larger) pediatric patients who may exceed this level?
