[Heb-NACO] Romanization question (מתווה)

Rav-milim (and Morfix) have mitveh. There are other examples of -eh words
(mikreh, mikveh, mikhreh),
so that's neither here nor there.
My old ES also has mitvah.
As already mentioned, mitveh seems to be more common in spoken Hebrew,  but
we need to follow our designated authorities.
