[Heb-NACO] Classification for Jewish cooking

All,

I have a book on Jewish cooking from Damascus.  I checked LC classification and see that TX724.2 is broken out by "A-Z" listing several specific places/genres.  I checked LC's catalog and saw TX724.2.E84 and found two books on Ethiopian cooking, which is not reflected in the schedule.

Would I be able to just use an appropriate cutter for Damascus or must I submit a classification proposal?
