[Heb-NACO] help with book

[Rose Shoshanah Seidman]

Hi dear colleagues:

I just received a book in Hebrew that was on our supervisor desk.  The book has no title page.  It starts with page 1 and goes to page 480.  No running title.  There is a poem title Medurot Aviv on page 1.  The first story on page 2 is Yeshimon.
Page 46: le-heker teva' ha-mahapekhot (Terrorismus und Kommunismus)
Page 61: Binyanah shel Erets Yisra'el

Can someone guess what the title and author are?

Thanks a lot.  I am retiring next week and I want to leave clean shelves in my office.
