[Heb-NACO] Kvekerim

[Neil Manel Frau-Cortes]

The preexisting record had Kveikerim in the 245 and 6 libraries had
holdings on it. I corrected the 245 to Kvekerim but since it was kind of a
counter-intuitive change, I added 2463 Kveikerim.
