Hi,

I came across a record about the Quakers in Israel OCLC #1021085848

הקוויקרים was romanized as Kveikerim (with underdots).
I changed it to Kvekerim, as the situation seems analogous to the "Date" case we just decided upon.

I still added a 246 3 for access, since at least 6 other libraries had the record with the "ei" spelling.
