Hi, Gabriel,
That note was added automatically to any NAR for a person that did not
have a recognized term in the 100 $c field. The program doing the work
recognized only a defined list of terms. There's nothing necessarily
non-RDA-compliant about the access point. It's just that a human needs
to determine that.
