[Heb-NACO] Sefer Tsahot or Sefer Tsahut?

I just discovered that there's a poem on p2, presumably vocalized by the
publisher, that has the final line "... kera Sefer Tsahot."  Even so, I
would like to hear what Barry's person has to say.  Yes, please, ask.

So, the whole point of this exercise is not so much how to handle this in
MARC (though that's important; thanks, Yosi), but rather is to see if we
can come to some sort of consensus to facilitate an authority, like we did
with the never ending back and forth of tekafo/tokpo.
