[Heb-NACO] Public Service Announcement: wrong 100

To the 22 other libraries who have their holdings on ocn 930547876, Le-natseaḥ kol regaʻ me-ḥadash, the correct 100 is Harari, Yeḥiʼel, ǂd 1973- (not the current Harari, Yeḥiʼel). I’ve corrected it in OCLC, but others may wish to update their local ILS.
