[Heb-NACO] correct transcription for "alif" and "ayin" diacritics

A quick reminder of shortcuts for these:

Alif -- CTRL + ALT + dot
Ayin -- CTRL + ALT + 0
Dot below -- CTRL + ALT + R
Acute for Sin CTRL + ALT + B

Also, please remember that the gershayim for abbreviations are the Hebrew
key under W, not the quotation marks.
