[Heb-NACO] Use of email form of name?

I agree that it’s good for determining the pronunciation, but I think the name assigned in an email address is not exactly how it might be written if the author were signing his/her name in English.

In the past (getting more remote every day) we asked CPSO this question more than once, and were always told that we couldn't use such a form for a heading--just for evidence as to correct standard romanization.  It might be worthwhile to contact them again and see if they've changed their tune.
