[Heb-NACO] changed romanization: nehelak now nehlak

[Shinohara, Jasmin]

The word נחלק now appears in E-Sh. with a sheva under the ח instead of a hataf tsere.  You may wish to update your catalogs.  (I’ve added it to the changed romanizations table.)
