Commandments, Six hundred and thirteen  [no qualifier]

But also:
Commandments, Six hundred and thirteen (Karaites)
And
Commandments, Six hundred and thirteen (Samaritan)

I find it hard to believe that the Karaites and Samaritans have exactly 613 mitzvot

Wouldn't Commandments (Karaites) and Commandments (Samaritan) make more sense?
