[Heb-NACO] romanization question

I would like some help on providing the correct romanization for 

כמטחווי 

Would it be: 

ki-meṭaḥaṿe 

or 

ki-mṭaḥaṿe 

Alkalay does not show a "sheva" under the Even-Shoshan does.
