Neil, you're brilliant!  Since it's a facsimile reprint of the 5604 (the 
ה here is for 5000) ed., i'm sticking with Mahadurat 5604 and ignoring 
the version found in the intro as a word.  Ocn795893907 for anyone 
curious...
