[Heb-NACO] OCLC Update session at AJL

Jasmin,
We could ask about the "fast" subject headings, who? Why? What for? How to
deal with them when deriving new records?
2nd question is about subfield b in the 040 field: if it is missing, should
we add it (especially when we upgrade a record)?
