Heidi,

I am not saying that one practice is Right or Wrong. I am calling for
consistency. It does not matter if it is a PCC or BIBCO cataloging agency
or a POSHUT cataloging authority.

I think that adding the added English sub-title is important and takes
exactly other 45 seconds to record (or less)
