[Heb-NACO] NAR questions

I have questions regarding the NAR for   עופר ישראלי, created by LC:

The t.p. has the name in Hebrew, and is cited in the 670 in Hebrew and Romanized as ‘Ofer Yisre’eli). However, the Romanized form of the name, which appears on the page facing t.p. is not: Ofer Israeli. Neither is the birth date (1939) from cover page 4.

Shouldn’t this be fixed?
