[Heb-NACO] help with subject headings

[Heidi G Lerner]

I am cataloging  a book with the subtitle: 

 בעניני הזכרת המעין המאורע והמסתעף 

I think that these are elements of some liturgy but I am not sure what. 

Any help with identifying what they are and suggesting possible subject headings will be appreciated.
