[Heb-NACO] period of activity and the 046

Folks:

Yet another open letter to Joan and Heidi:

I'm having a difficult time coding the 046 for an "active" date. The
person in question, ha-tsa'ir Yitshak Elisha', S.t, not only had his
named stamped on the cover of the book in hand, but also felt obliged to
note the date he acquired the in-hand manuscript: 604 [1843 or 1844].

So, the rules say to prefer a solid date to a century date. Odd, but
I'm okay with that. Thus his 1xx $d will read $d active 1843 or 1844,
and per the rules, we like the form [1843, 1844]$2edtf for the 046. But
how do I code this in the 046? $f/$g seems to be devoted exclusively to
birth and death, while $s/$t apparently cover the creation/dissolution
of corporate entities.

Thanks in advance.

Cheers

Bob
