[Heb-NACO] Israel v. Palestine: the WW I ed.

Folks:

I was, as is my want, strolling through the NAF this morning when I came 
upon something that had me scratching my head.

ARN 5216240   World War, 1914-1918 ?x Campaigns ?z Israel

Isn't this an untruth?  Technically speaking Israel didn't really start 
existing again until 1948, and there's already something in the NAF to 
reflect this circumstance:

ARN 2111247  World War, 1914-1918 ?x Campaigns ?z Palestine

Please know that I am not making apolitical point.  I object to/question 
rather to the apparent ahistoricity of the former.  Or am I just wrong?
