Hi Brooke

Could you send the attached syllabus out to the undergraduate listserv for me? This is for my geopolitics lecture that I'm teaching in the autumn.

Students should know that this is a very unusual approach to geopolitics -- this is not a 'boys with guns' class. Rather, we will be looking at the 'everyday' of violent conflict, and in particular at how the graphic novel allows us to see bits and pieces of geopolitical conflict that are obscured in abstract geopolitical theories. It will be a great class!

There's no necessary background in Geography required, so all levels of geographers are welcome.
