Celebrate Earth Day and Hear Jack Hanna from the Columbus Zoo

The Ohio State Environmental Professionals Network Breakfast on Thursday, April 10 will feature Jack Hanna and animals from the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium—And you can attend for free! Thanks to generous funding from AEP, Ohio State students who sign-up at  http://epn.osu.edu/events/epn-breakfast-students-april-2014 will receive free registration.  Come hear Jack Hanna’s presentation on acting sustainably in our everyday lives, and meet his wonderful Columbus Zoo animals.  Doors will open at 8:15 AM with breakfast served promptly at 8:45 am. There will also be central Ohio environmental professionals at each table, so this will be a great opportunity to discuss career opportunities.

In addition, between now and Earth Day (April 22), sign up for “One Million Actions for Planet Earth” and post your own sustainability actions. Sign up at http://www.myactions.org/Columbus. Your participation will provide funds for animals at the Columbus Zoo and the 30+ conservation and habitat programs the Zoo supports worldwide. In addition, you can calculate the environmental benefit of your own actions.
