In this FREE online event, join Scholastic graphic novelists *Gale Galligan*
 (*Babysitters Club*), *Michelle Mee Nutter *(*Allergic*),* Molly Knox
Ostertag *(*The Witch Boy*), *Maria Scrivan* (*Nat Enough*), and *Shannon
Wright* (*Twins*) as they discuss creating stories that empower girls today.

This live panel discussion will also explore how comics and graphic novels
are an ideal medium for engaging young readers, modeling representation,
and fostering critical thinking. Panelists will discuss the role of women
in comic narratives, share career advice and their personal journeys, and
take questions from the audience.
