Hi folks,

My name is Evan Ash, and I'm a 2nd year Ph.D. student in history at the
University of Maryland. I study the cultural history of the 1950s in
America, particularly childhood and the anti-comics movement in America. I
presented research to that end at CSS 2019, among other things and places.
I'm working on a dissertation proposal titled "The Strange and Baffling
Eyes of Youth: Comics, Culture, and the Moral Landscape of Twentieth
Century America". Also, I currently serve as the vice-president of the
Graduate Student Caucus. You can reach me on Twitter @evanthevoice. Looking
forward to connecting!

Cheers,

Evan
