[Columbus] Columbus Digest, Vol 72, Issue 6

Dear Felix,

Would you please also compile the MOLCAS interface into the binary program
(as done in the 02-Apr-2014 Revision)?
It seem that the modified codes for the interface are based on MOLCAS 7.3,
which is difficult to obtain.
