[Columbus] New Columbus 7.0 release

Dear Columbus users,

There is a new Columbus 7.0 release with a few bugfixes and updates. 
 From a practical point view the main change is that a static perl 
interpreter $COLUMBUS/colperl is included. For the installation you 
still have to type, as usual
./install.automatic cpan
But this will no longer perform the full CPAN installation but simply 
change the headers of the perl files. I hope this will make the 
installation easier.

The static interpreter is the default, but you can switch back to the 
previous full CPAN installation by simply specifying the PERL keyword in 
install.config.

Let me know if you have any trouble with the new CPAN installation.
