Hello all -

The BOC (Business Operations Center) have produced a training presentation that has information on Travel Policy, Spend Authorizations, and submitting Expense Reports.  The information in the training is applicable to both UNIV and OSP Grant funded items.

There are two versions of the training.  One is more comprehensive including information on policy and changes, this training can be found at:  https://youtu.be/TPbUZsHF_v4 and the slides are attached as "Travel August 2021 Training Slides".

The second is a condensed version targeting the submissions of expense reports.  This training can be found at:  https://youtu.be/vCptsGV8mzw and the slides are attached as "Training Workday Process August 2021 Training Slides".

These trainings will also be posted on the BOC website as well as in the Workday Resources Teams.  Please share as appropriate with faculty, staff, and students in your area.
