🚩 General Updates
* GTA Applications due Friday, April 9! See attached email for information.
* UPDATE! Vaccination Eligibility - Ohioans 16* years of age and older are eligible to be vaccinated: https://wexnermedical.osu.edu/features/coronavirus/patient-care/covid-19-vaccine/vaccine-eligibility. According to information provided by the vaccination hotline (614-688-8299), Ohio State is not making distinctions for state of Ohio residents versus non-residents. Therefore, out-of-state and international students are eligible to be vaccinated if they fit the eligibility criteria.
* COVID-19 Vaccine Shuttle: Beginning April 5 at 7 a.m., the university will provide a shuttle to the Schottenstein Center for students, faculty and staff who have vaccine appointments. Operating hours are 7 a.m.-7 p.m. from Monday-Friday and 7 a.m.-3 p.m. on Saturday. Stops will be made every 10 minutes at the Schottenstein Center, Ohio Union and Blackburn House. The six-part series features lectures by national leaders in recruiting, retaining and graduating a diverse population of STEM students in science, technology, engineering, math and medicine. The goal is to provide opportunities for faculty, staff and students to learn about best practices and ultimately make Ohio State’s STEM programs more equitable and inclusive. While some events have a disciplinary focus, all attendees will benefit from the perspectives and practices shared. The series kicks off March 3 and wraps up April 14. All events are free and open to the public.
