[Cbe-grads] Engineering BOC Virtual Help Desk Now Available

I wanted to share with you that the BOC now has a virtual help desk that is available for questions. I'm excited! Sometimes I have questions that are too complicated to explain in an email and being able to speak to a help desk and share my screen will be great! Please see below for more information.

Have you ever had questions about Travel, PCards, Reimbursements, Reqs / POs,  Accounts Payable, Wires, and more?  Have you ever not been sure who to contact?  Have you ever needed help fast or to share a screen?

The BOC is implementing a Virtual Help Desk<https://osu.zoom.us/j/94998003979?pwd=dVk5QzYyanIyRW1ESTlTRFN5Rjh1Zz09>!

Starting today, the BOC staff are available via Zoom Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM.

The link to the Virtual Help Desk will also be available on the BOC website<https://engineering.osu.edu/business-operations-center>.

Please share with those in your area that may find this new resource / tool useful.
