Subject: BOC timelines

Good Afternoon All,

I wanted to let everyone know of some new, temporary timelines for processing within the BOC.


The BOC is short staffed (Chris Feil has left the BOC for another position), they need to adjust turnaround times for this temporary time. We ask to give them some grace during this period and they are working as hard as they can at this time. Below are the temporary turnaround times while the BOC is down staff:



*        BuckeyeBuy REQ's - 24 hour turn around time

*        Amazon REQ's - 48 hour turnaround time

*        Non-catalog REQ's without T&C's - 3-4 days (anything under $5000.00 a PO will be issued right away / anything over $5000.00 Central Purchasing can take an additional week to issue a PO)

*        Non-catalog REQ's with T&C's - 4-5 days (anything that has T&C's will be entered into OnBase by the BOC but this process can take up to 4-6 weeks with the back and forth and terms aren't agreed too.

*        Domestic travel - 3-4 days turnaround time

*        International travel - 5-7 days turnaround time

*        If not mentioned above, the turnaround times stay the same.
Remember, these are turnaround times AFTER these items have been processed and approved at the department level.
