Dear all,
Hope everyone had a grand start to the semester and is soaking in the last days of summer. I'm sorry to bother you during the weekend but I had to share some resources to support your journey through graduate school.


  1.  The Career Development Grant program offers up to 300$ to grad students to defray costs associated with the development of their careers. The schedule for application is as follows:
2022 - 2023 ACADEMIC YEAR
Funding Period #1

  *   Application deadline: May 1, 2022 (application opens March 15)
  *   Activity dates: July 1, 2022 - September 30, 2022
Funding Period #2

  *   Application deadline: August 1, 2022 (application opens June 15)
  *   Activity dates: October 1, 2022 - December 31, 2022
Funding Period #3

  *   Application deadline: November 1, 2022 (application opens September 15)
  *   Activity dates: January 1, 2023 - March 31, 2023
Funding Period #4

  *   Application deadline: February 1, 2023 (application opens December 15)
  *   Activity dates: April 1, 2023 - June 30, 2023

  1.  The Edward J. Ray Travel Award for Scholarship and Service reimburses the expenses incurred by graduate students during travel to conferences and meetings to present original research. The schedule for application is as follows:

Funding Period #2

  *   Application deadline: August 1 (Window to apply opens June 15)
  *   Conference dates: October - December

  1.  The Student Life Student Wellness Center offers private and holistic wellness services on campus and graduate students can avail these services free of charge. They are located at RPAC B130 and operate out of PAES, and 095 Baker Hall. They also offer free food services in Lincoln Tower, Room 150 and St. Stephens Episcopal Church via the Buckeye Food Alliance. You do not have to demonstrate your need for these services and I highly recommend you to reach out and avail them per your requirements.
