[Cbe-grads] GRS Call for Abstracts

Hello everyone,

Every year GRS brings together Ohio State chemical engineering researchers, alumni, and industry partners for a day of networking and learning. This year, the 9th Annual Graduate Research Symposium will be held virtually on Tuesday, September 22, 2020. Abstract submission is now open for oral and virtual poster presentations.



In the new virtual format of the event, oral presentations will take place live via Zoom during the morning session. The afternoon session will include shorter semi-live virtual poster presentations. For this category, we require presenters to submit a video recording of their presentation prior to the event, at a later date. For more details about each session, please see the attached document.

Please note that the spots for oral presentations are limited and priority will be given to students with earlier anticipated graduation dates.



Abstract submissions will close on Monday August 24, 2020. Please submit your abstracts by the deadline because we will be sending out a list of presentations as part of our invitation to industry attendees.



Although we will miss seeing you in-person, we are excited to connect with you online! The GRS team is committed to providing all attendees with a fun and engaging virtual experience, including oral presentations, short poster presentations,  networking with alumni and industry representatives, just as in past GRS events.
