We are emailing to inform you of the Process Development Rotational Program (PDRP) at Genentech. PDRP is a competitive and prestigious program where associates are hired as full-time employees and are given the opportunity to rotate through four departments within the Pharma Technical Development (US) organization of Genentech over the course of two years. PDRP has been around for over ten years and has traditionally attracted talent from the science and engineering majors from top colleges and universities in these fields, but this year the scope of the program has expanded to include talent from digital science majors (i.e. data science, bioinformatics, computer science).


We would like to encourage graduating or recently-graduated students from your institution to apply. Please feel free to forward this message along with the attached two flyers to relevant students and student groups. For the August 2020 start date, the application is currently open and we will be reviewing applications on a rolling-basis.
