 are hired as full-time employees and are given the opportunity to rotate through four departments within the Pharma Technical Development (US) organization of Genentech over the course of two years. PDRP has been around for over ten years and has traditionally
 attracted talent from the science and engineering majors from top colleges and universities in these fields, but this year the scope of the program has expanded to include talent from digital science majors (i.e. data science, bioinformatics, computer science). </span><o:p></o:p></p>
