quiz setup

I'm not sure if I stated this in other e-mails about the quiz.  It is stated in the
"Quiz Information and Instructions" module in Carmen and the quiz directions
when you start it.

You can't move backward in the quiz since it's on-line.  That means once
you go past a question (whether you answer it or not) you can't go back to
it.  If you can't figure it out take a guess.  Don't leave it blank since you
won't be able to go back to it.
