LockDown Browser test

The practice exam is not in the LockDown Browser.  Instead there's a test
quiz "Lockdown Browser Test- Requires Respondus LockDown Browser"
with 3 questions you can use to make sure you've downloaded it and set
it up properly.  There's an announcement in Carmen with instructions.

Make sure you do this before the exam.
