Quiz 10 modification (NO 15.6)

Quiz 10 shows it going up through 15.6.  I know you're studying for MT 3.
Unfortunately we can't hold off on new things, including for quizzes.
Section 15.6 is not an easy section.  Using the reaction quotient to
determine the direction a reaction will proceed given starting conc. isn't
too tough.  ICE tables are a bit more difficult.  I have a feeling some of
you are behind and may just be looking at those and struggling with
them.  So I'm holding off on putting 15.6 material on the quiz.  It will be
on the next quiz, #11.

A reminder, Quiz 11 will not be on Easter Sunday but on the following
Monday, 4/18, in the same time window, 7-10 PM.
