More lecture videos - Ch 13

I've put some more videos at the "Notes" link covering ch 13.
It's the first 11 pages at this point.  The first two pages are a
short review of what solutions are (covered way back when).
The next 9 pages cover the material from section 13.4.
That's what I would normally start with for ch 13.  I explained
this in an e-mail sent earlier today.

I will need to look to see if this catches us up.  If not I'll probably
do this for section 13.6, the last section in chapter 13 about
colloids.
