Exp 17 - New lab and manual

As stated in class and a previous e-mail, we're using a new reaction for 
this experiment.
It's quite a bit different than the one in the current lab manual.

The new lab manual pages are now in Carmen (Exp 17).  The last three 
pages are the
report sheets you should use as your template for your Excel files. The 
pre-lab
assignment has also been updated.  The PDF rubric has been updated. 
However, the
grading rubric has not been updated yet.

I haven't had a chance to change some of my help files.  I'm not sure 
I'll get to those.
The example I have for Excel is old and based on the previous version of 
the exp.
However, it can still be useful in seeing which types of graphs to do 
and what to
look for to determine the correct order (which graph produces the most 
parallel
straight lines).
