exp 17 and pre-lab

I don't imagine anyone has started even looking at exp 17
or thinking about doing the pre-lab since this lab is next
week's lab.  However, just in case someone decides to
give it a try DON'T.

We spent spring break making some changes to this exp
based on what has been done for chem 1220.  These
changes should ultimately make this an easier experiment,
and I'm sure you're all for that.

I'm still working on a few things for the new manual pages
and the pre-lab.  When the manual pages are ready I'll
put them on Carmen and let you know.  Same for the
pre-lab.  This will definitely be done by the end of this
week.
