Still having problems accessing Mastering and the eText?

If you're still having problems getting access to Mastering and the eText
there's a whole host of reasons this could happen.

I sent out an e-mail about where to find information on Carmen about much
of this and the Pearson office hours and location yesterday.

There appears there are also special problems if you're trying to access
this using an iPad (not sure about other Apple products).  I've attached a
file from the Pearson rep which may help.
