Problems accessing Achieve and Smart Worksheets

I'm getting e-mails from people about having trouble accessing Achieve
and Smart Worksheets.  Many of them have been about the Course ID
needed to sign up.

Go to the Laboratory module in Carmen.  There you'll find a submodule,
"Chemistry 1220 Achieve Course (Lab Manual & Smart Worksheets)".
Click on that.  You'll see instructions and a table with Lab day/time,
Lab Section (important) and Room and Course ID (last column).
There's been a rescheduling of some TA's so you won't see their names
displayed.  Go by your Lab Section # (not the lecture section #).  You
will find the lab section # on your course schedule.

There are additional instructions and  links below the table and further
down the page.

Hopefully, this will help.  If you still have problems, contact the lab
supervisors as I have no access to the Achieve website.
