Mastering Chemistry student access renewals update

I just saw this a few minutes ago after having sent my latest on this problem.
Please follow these directions if you’re having trouble.  It should make the
process easier.

All,
Students should now be able to successfully renew their Mastering access. To do so, students should go into Canvas, click the left-hand link to MyLab/Mastering and then click the yellow "Open Mastering" button. They will be prompted to enter in their access code, which they have in their Spring Mastering Registration instructions in your Canvas course. This time the code should work and allow them back into the Mastering course.
