Ch 14 coverage this week and next

We will be getting into 14.7 this week but probably won't finish it.  Keep in mind,
my TR lecture section has the midterm during our normal lecture time on Tue
Feb 8 so we loose a lecture.  MWF lecture section has the midterm Monday
night, Feb 7, and we won't be covering new material that day in lecture.  We
are doing this to try to keep lecture contact hours about the same between our
MWF, MW and TR lecture sections.

We will be getting new material next week in Ch 15 that won't be on the first
midterm.
