Accessing Mastering help file

If you had Mastering access last semester and you're trying to get into Mastering
for 1220 it may not ask for the new access code.  Instead it takes you to your
existing account and our course is there.  There is a page that addresses this in
the help file in Carmen,

Just go with it.  When this previous subscription expires and you try to get in
it will ask for you to enter your new access code.  You'll enter the code which
is in the instructions in Carmen.

I'm not sure why the behavior of Mastering isn't consistent across the board for
students who just took 1210 or are retaking 1220 and had access last semester.
One of the mysteries of Mastering I guess.
