There's information at the "Exams" link on my personal class web page.

The following are some instructions for MT 2. There are a few changes
and additions since the first midterm.

1) You must bring your OSU ID. The TAs will be collecting these as
they pass out the scratch paper booklet.

If you don't have an OSU ID bring a Driver's license.

We can not accept an online ID as the TA has to take it to give you the
scratch paper.

2) Bring one of the allowed calculators. These are listed in the syllabus.

TI-30XA
TI-30XIIS
TI-83 (any edition, TI-83, TI-83 Plus, etc.)
TI-84 (any edition, TI-84, TI-84 Plus, etc.)

NO other calculators will be allowed. We will not be handing out calculators
if you come without one or one which isn't allowed. That means you'll take
the exam w/o a calculator.

3) NO watches. There's no easy way for a TA to tell whether you're
wearing a smart watch or regular watch so we will ask that watches
of any kind be removed.

4) Bring your phone (another device or passcodes) to authenticate using
DUO. We have no way of allowing you to get into the exam w/o this.

Once you've authenticated you will turn your phone off and put it away.

I gather some people use a watch to authenticate. The same thing will
apply, you authenticate and then put it away.

5) No head coverings except for religious reasons.

6) No food or drink unless you have a medical reason. Let me and the
TA know. We'll ask you to not have it out on the desk and if you need
it let us know.

7) Make sure you've installed the Respondus LockDown Browser and it
works. It should since we've already had one exam using it. However,
I know Apple products had the iOS updated recently. You might want
to test this using a practice exam on Carmen from exam 1.
