Just a few things as we finish up

For quiz 6 when I first made it available to view I inadvertently clicked on a
button that limited people to viewing it only once. That's fixed.

Also on quiz 6, #6 was about calculating E under nonstandard conditions. It was
a numerical formula question. A few people wound up with answers that were
close to the correct answer but not w/in the margin of error allowed. It turns out
they didn't use the correct expression for the reaction quotient Q. There's a
similar problem on the sample quiz.

To study for the final retake the sample quizzes and practice exams, including the
new problems dealing with new material (mostly Ch 21 and 23). Use this to
narrow the things you're still struggling with so you can focus on those. Start w.
things you just had a little trouble with and leave things you still absolutely don't
understand until the end. Hopefully there won't be a lot of the latter and thus
you won't have too many questions on the final you would still struggle with.

The final is about 33% new material. The rest is material covered on the first two
midterms. The problems are not taken from the exams or practice exams but are
similar in content and presentation.

You can find information about the final at my Exams and Practice Exams links
on my web pages. The Exam link has been updated with some additional info.
There's also a module in Carmen with instructions for the final. They're pretty
much the same as for the midterms but you may want to look at them to make
sure you remember them.

We had the review for the final on Friday. I will be in Zoom from 3-4 on Sunday
and hold office hours on Monday.
