NOTICE: February 20, 2021, scheduled maintenance

Oops! We listed the wrong day of the week in our last email. The corrected information is below.

We hope your 2021 is going well. It's once again time to let you know about the start of this year's scheduled maintenance events. The first one will be held on Saturday, February 20, 2021, between 1:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. ET.

To keep the impact on you and your students to a minimum, we're alerting you now to give you enough time to adjust assignments and exams and for you to let your students know so they can adjust their schedules. Please see below for details on whether and how the products you use will be affected.

The maintenance will take place:

ET Start: Saturday, February 20, 1:00 a.m.

ET End: Saturday, February 20, 9:00 a.m.

CT Start: Saturday, February 20, 12:00 a.m. (Midnight)

CT End: Saturday, February 20, 8:00 a.m.

MT Start: Friday, February 19, 11:00 p.m.

MT End: Saturday, February 20, 7:00 a.m.

PT Start: Friday, February 19, 10:00 p.m.

PT End: Saturday, February 20, 6:00 a.m.

Revel® and Enhanced Revel: You and your students will be unable to access your courses for the entire maintenance window.
·         When you attempt to access your courses, you'll see a splash page letting you know about the maintenance work.
·         Previously downloaded content to the mobile application will be available.
·         Pending scores will be delayed in synced Learning Management Systems (LMS) and in the Revel grade book.

Learning Catalytics/Live Response:
·         This impacts anyone accessing Learning Catalytics/Live Response via standalone or integrations, through an LMS such as Blackboard, Canvas, Brightspace by D2L, or Moodle.
·         When you attempt to access it, you’ll see an error. Splash pages are not available for this product.

MyEnglishLab® and Pearson English Portal: You and your students will be unable to access your courses for the entire maintenance window.
